Coloring tutorial; Not necessarily technique; I mostly want to know HOW you choose your colors... Do you make small thumbnails, or just do it through sampling? Or, do you use a method of color wheel, etc etc.

I just admire your colors and palette, and would love to know your process.

I just kind of pick them. oxo I have palettes for my TH characters but mostly I just make it up as I go.
